I am a product design-engineer at Appian, focusing on AI agent reliability and trustworthiness.
I was raised in Hanoi, Vietnam and attended university in upstate New York, where I studied human-computer interaction and visual & cultural studies. My work across writing, image-making, and poetic computing explores inconvenience and illegibility as a medium, particularly in the repeated, habitual turns we make to digital interfaces.
I am interested in embodiment in everyday interactions with technology. How does the body hold its shape in conversation with software? How do we articulate ourselves with all of our digital belongings?
